Two AirPods 4 models have been released.

The "It's Glowtime" event took place at 10 AM on September 9th (local time) with the launch of a new series of products from Apple. Among them, the AirPods 4 come in two models with several upgrades.

AirPods 4: Two versions of Apple AirPods are currently under development, both featuring a new design. This will be a combination of AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro in terms of design, including a shorter stem.

The two newly released AirPods 4 models include a premium version with active noise cancellation (previously only available on AirPods Pro and AirPods Max) and Find My support. Neither AirPods 4 variant has replaceable silicone tips like the AirPods Pro, but they will be improved for a better fit in the user's ear.

Apple stated: "We used advanced modeling tools to build an unparalleled dataset of the ear. This generated 50 million data points, allowing Apple to fine-tune the design to create the most comfortable AirPods ever."

AirPods 4 feature a new audio architecture with rich bass and clear highs, along with personalized spatial audio. They utilize machine learning to support nodding and shaking your head when Siri asks a question, and voice isolation to eliminate background noise.

In addition, Apple will upgrade the AirPods 4 charging case in terms of appearance. It will feature a speaker to support the Find My function, which plays an audible alert when the AirPods are lost, and will use a USB-C port instead of Lightning.

AirPods 4 feature a smaller, more portable USB-C charging case that offers up to 30 hours of battery life. Wireless charging will be integrated into the new charging case, using Qi and MagSafe.
