Trang Due 3 Industrial Park has a scale of 652.73 hectares, located in Truong Thanh, Truong Tho, An Tien and Bat Trang communes, An Lao district. The project has a total investment of more than 8,000 billion VND. Trang Due 3 Industrial Park has a strategic location in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, fully benefiting from the synchronous traffic infrastructure system and international connectivity of Hai Phong - the logistics and key industrial center of the Northern region. The project is oriented to attract enterprises in the high-tech sector, creating a chain linking the electronics - electric vehicle industry, and environmentally friendly supporting industries.
At Cat Bi International Airport, the project to expand the aircraft parking area phase 2 - Cat Bi International Airport has also officially started construction. The project has a total investment of 1,151 billion VND, built on an area of 13.68 hectares, including 2 phases. Phase 2.1 has an area of 6.94 hectares, meeting 5 parking positions for Code C aircraft; Phase 2.2 has an area of 6.74 hectares, meeting 6 parking positions for Code C aircraft, aiming to improve operating capacity, reduce overload, ensure flight safety and improve service quality.

In the future, the Aircraft Parking Expansion Project and the T2 Passenger Terminal Construction Project, once completed and put into operation, together with the 100,000-ton/year cargo terminal project, will create a synchronous infrastructure for aviation services, providing high-quality aviation services that meet international standards. Next, Vingroup Corporation also held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a new urban area in Duong Kinh and Kien Thuy districts, with the commercial name Vinhomes Golden City. This is the 5th real estate project developed by Vinhomes in Hai Phong.

Enterprises operating here are mainly in the field of light, green, clean, and environmentally friendly industries such as: production of children's toys, electronic components, general machinery, optical equipment and instruments, and packaging products.
In addition, the City also inaugurated the Pegatron Vietnam Co., Ltd. Employee Housing Project Phase 1 in Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone with an area of 5.04 hectares, total investment of up to 68.3 million USD, equivalent to about 1,600 billion VND. After nearly two years of implementation, Phase 1 of the project has been completed, putting into use 4 buildings for workers, 2 buildings for officials and 1 utility building with full modern functional rooms.
The next project to be started is the Social Housing Project in Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District. The project has a scale of 22.4 hectares, including a Social Housing Area of 68,620.7 m2, a construction area of about 30,879.32 m2 including 13 9-storey apartment buildings; a Commercial Townhouse Area consisting of 117 commercial townhouses, 5 floors high.
After completion, the project will create a modern urban area with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, partially solving the increasing housing demand in Hai An district as well as the whole city, contributing to improving land use efficiency, promoting urban development and socio-economic development of Hai An district and neighboring areas.
Along with that, the project to build a 5-star hotel in So Dau ward, Hong Bang district, 30 floors high, designed according to 5-star hotel standards with 343 rooms, equivalent to about 686 beds, was started.
