A simple dish but has a rich, attractive, fresh taste of seafood dishes from the ocean. Besides, cucumber has a cool, mild scent that will balance the nutritional components of the dish.
Ingredients: 300 grams of black tiger shrimp; 300 grams of squid; 4 scallops; 2 cucumbers; 2 onions; 2 red peppers; 2 cloves of garlic; 1 tablespoon shrimp paste; 2 teaspoons brown sugar; 3 lemons; 1 tablespoon fish sauce; cooking oil; coriander mint leaves.
Instructions: Prepare shrimp and cut squid into bite-sized pieces. Cut the scallops in half.
Finely chop the onion. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, scrape out the watery part of the cucumber with a spoon, cut the cucumber into long pieces, mince the garlic and 1 chili. Slice the remaining chili, then halve the lemon.
Put the pan on the stove, put on high heat. Add cooking oil and shrimp paste. Fry quickly for about 1 minute or so, then add the chopped chili, garlic, and onion.
Continue to fry and stir the mixture for a minute, then add cucumber, fish sauce, sugar and the juice of a lemon.
Add seafood to the island quickly for another 2 minutes, until all ingredients are cooked.
Ladle the dish into bowls, garnish with sliced chili, scallions, and half a lemon. So the dish is done.
