A journey back to the roots of Con Dao

(BDO) On May 30th and 31st, the "Journey to the Roots" organized by the Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Children's Council took place in Con Dao District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

Leaders of the Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union presented scholarships to disadvantaged children in Con Dao district.

Here, the delegation of Youth Union and Young Pioneers officials from the province offered incense and flowers at Hang Duong Martyrs' Cemetery; visited the Con Dao Museum, the Governor's Residence, Phu Hai Prison, Phu Tuong Prison... The delegation also participated in the opening ceremony of the summer program in Con Dao district.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union Council awarded 20 scholarships to disadvantaged children in Con Dao district.

The journey back to our roots contributes to educating young people about revolutionary traditions and love for their homeland.
