Accelerate the implementation of information systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation

At the meeting, representatives of the Ministry of Science and Technology reported on the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution No. 71/NQ-CP of the Government; reported on the review, assessment, upgrading and development of 5 main information systems serving the direction, administration and serving people and businesses to meet the requirements of arranging administrative units according to the new model; the implementation of the CPNet specialized data transmission network.

At Binh Duong bridge, there were Mr. Bui Minh Tri, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of relevant Departments and branches.

In addition to the completed tasks, the Ministry of Science and Technology also pointed out a number of bottlenecks related to institutions, data, infrastructure of science and technology enterprises, innovation, digital transformation, and human resources. The Ministry also made a number of recommendations and solutions to overcome them in the coming time.

Regarding the development of 5 information systems such as: National administrative procedure settlement information system; National document management and administration system; National online meeting system; National data integration and sharing platform... selected enterprises providing solutions commit to be ready to coordinate with localities to complete service configuration before June 27 and support implementation after July 1, 2025.

It is expected that the system adjustment will be completed on June 27; network switching and trial operation will be carried out on June 28-29; and official operation will begin on June 30.

Also at the meeting, the Ministry of Public Security reported on the implementation of Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW of the Central Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation...

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung requested that, in the time approaching the implementation of the two-level government model, ministries, branches and localities need to review all stages, coordinate to handle problems and difficulties, and speed up the implementation of information systems to ensure smooth and effective operation, meeting the requirements and tasks set out.
