D'ran Commune was the area that suffered heavy damage during the heavy rain from the evening of November 19 to the early morning of November 20, with rainfall measuring up to 386 mm. Along with that, the irrigation reservoir's water regulation at night caused a large amount of water to flow in, leaving hundreds of households unable to cope.
