Currently, Hoa Thinh commune is completely isolated, many areas are deeply flooded, making access extremely difficult.

In the isolated area, the provincial authorities set up a relief checkpoint in Phu Thuan village (Hoa My commune), and mobilized nearly 10 canoes, motorboats, and jet skis to transport necessities to the villages of Hoa Thinh commune.
Along with that, rescue forces deployed to bring isolated people, especially the elderly and children, to safety and transfer them directly to the hospital when necessary.

Directly inspecting the scene and directing the rescue work, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Cao Thi Hoa An requested the military, police and local authorities to focus on the task of rescuing people, "not letting people in flood-affected areas go hungry or thirsty under any circumstances". She emphasized that the province is making every effort to supply food, drinking water and meet the essential needs of the people, especially in isolated areas.

After completing the first relief trip, the army's specialized vehicles and soldiers continued to return to the Provincial People's Committee Office (base 2) to receive more supplies to transport to Hoa Thinh and other deeply flooded areas.
At the same time, the province mobilized hundreds of officials and students to participate in classifying goods and loading them onto trucks to transport to heavily affected localities.
Relief activities are taking place continuously and urgently, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and cooperation of functional forces, contributing to helping people quickly overcome the most difficult period of the flood.
