On the morning of November 20, National Highway 26 had a landslide at Km 35+300 (Thi village, Ea Trang commune), the slope of the slope collapsed, filling the roadbed with about 1,250 m3 of soil, causing traffic congestion.
After grasping the situation, the police force and the People's Committee of the commune coordinated with the National Highway 26 Management Department and individuals with excavator equipment in the commune to handle the situation promptly; by 3:00 p.m. the same day, one lane was cleared.

After listening to the local report on the flood situation, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Do Huu Huy shared the difficulties and losses of the people and localities affected by the flood. At the same time, he requested Ea Trang commune to regularly monitor and update the situation, be ready to proactively respond according to the "4 on-site" motto; must proactively respond to the flood, absolutely must not be negligent or subjective.
The top priority is to ensure the safety of the people, resolutely evacuate households in areas at risk of flooding and landslides; ensure food and necessities for people in isolated areas. The road to Ea Bra village was eroded due to the continued rain.
In addition, set up checkpoints and install warning signs in flooded areas, areas with strong currents and landslide risks to prevent people and vehicles from passing through.
For landslides on the road from the commune center to Ea Boa village and Ea Bra village, Ea Trang commune needs to be responsible for making specific proposals to the province, so that the province can send a survey team to assess the situation specifically. In case it is deemed unsafe, this route should not be used to ensure the safety of people's lives....
