By 10:00 a.m. on November 21, vehicles were allowed to pass through Ngoan Muc Pass.

Previously, since noon on November 19, due to prolonged heavy rain, landslides occurred at Ngoan Muc Pass in many locations. Khanh Hoa Province has requested the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province to coordinate in ensuring traffic safety, including temporarily blocking and completely stopping traffic from Lam Dong to Khanh Hoa to serve the repair work.

By the morning of November 21, Khanh Hoa province had basically completed handling the landslides along the route, allowing two-way traffic to return to normal.

Ngoan Muc Pass is a vital traffic route connecting Lam Dong with Khanh Hoa and the central coastal provinces.
