Here, units went to every alley, street corner, and school grounds to spray disinfectant. Mr. Nguyen Van Huu, Secretary of the Party Committee of D'ran commune ( Lam Dong province), said: "Thanks to the support of the officers and soldiers, the locality has quickly overcome problems related to traffic, infrastructure, and the environment, helping people's lives gradually stabilize after the floods."


Later that same day, the People's Committee of D'ran commune announced that it had urgently evacuated a total of 61 households with hundreds of people after three consecutive landslides occurred in Duong Moi, Lac Thien 2, and Phu Thuan 3 villages.
Previously, SGGP newspaper reported that after discovering signs of subsidence on the afternoon of November 23, authorities evacuated 29 households in the villages. On November 24, the subsidence continued to expand, threatening many other households.

On the afternoon of November 24th, many residents living near Lac Thien Bridge (Km199+502 on National Highway 27) discovered a landslide behind their residential area. Authorities immediately arrived and worked with residents to urgently evacuate people and property from the dangerous area.
D'ran commune was one of the hardest-hit areas in Lam Dong province during the recent floods, with estimated damages of approximately 441 billion VND. This included 756 houses affected, 15 houses completely destroyed, and many factories and businesses submerged. In addition, about 1,320 hectares of crops were flooded, and many schools and roads were damaged.
