World markets continue to rise
World rubber prices on November 21 recorded a series of 9 consecutive increases on major exchanges in Asia. The main reason is believed to be due to concerns about supply disruptions due to prolonged bad weather in southern Thailand, the world's largest natural rubber producing region.
Specific developments on major exchanges:
- In Thailand: Rubber futures price for December 2025 increased 0.1% to 67.21 Baht/kg.
- At the Osaka Exchange (OSE), Japan: December futures contract increased 0.8% to 326 Yen/kg. April 2026 contract increased sharply by 1.62% to 331.9 Yen/kg.
- In China: January 2026 rubber futures rose 0.59% to 15,410 yuan/ton. Butadiene rubber contracts for January 2026 delivery rose 1.52% to 10,705 yuan/ton.
- At SICOM Exchange, Singapore: December delivery contract increased slightly by 0.2%, closing at 173 US cents/kg.

Domestic rubber prices remain stable
Contrary to the increasing trend of the world market, the purchase price of rubber latex at major domestic companies did not change on November 21. Local prices remained stable.
| Unit | Type of latex | Purchase price |
|---|---|---|
| Ba Ria Rubber Company | latex | 405 VND/degree TSC/kg |
| DRC coagulated latex 35–44% | 13,500 VND/kg | |
| Raw latex | 18,000 VND/kg | |
| MangYang Company | latex | 394–399 VND/TSC |
| Mixed latex | 359–409 VND/DRC | |
| Phu Rieng Company | Miscellaneous latex | 390 VND/DRC |
| latex | 420 VND/TSC | |
| Binh Long Company | Latex (Factory) | 422 VND/degree TSC/kg |
| Latex (Production Team) | 412 VND/TSC/kg | |
| DRC 60% mixed latex | 14,000 VND/kg |
Although the domestic market is in a stable state , the upward trend of world prices and the risk of supply shortage may create fluctuations in the upcoming trading sessions. Currently, the current price level still ensures exploitation and purchasing activities at enterprises.
