During the days of prolonged heavy rain, working groups of Brigade 572 used canoes, motorboats and specialized vehicles to cross the fast-flowing water to isolated points.
Accordingly, rising floodwaters have isolated many areas in Tuy An Bac commune, Dak Lak province . Officers and soldiers of Brigade 572 have proactively mobilized forces and vehicles, and deployed many urgent missions to help people overcome this dangerous time.
The timely and responsible actions of the army have significantly contributed to ensuring the safety of people's lives and property in disaster areas.

After many hours of effort, the force safely evacuated 22 people from the danger zone, including the elderly, women and children.
The entire process took place in conditions of rapidly rising water and bad weather, but officers and soldiers still stuck close to the area, making every effort to bring people to safety. In addition to rescue, the Brigade also urgently provided first aid and transported 11 people injured due to slipping and colliding while running from the flood.

After receiving initial treatment at the scene, the victims were taken to the nearest medical facility by specialized canoe, ensuring absolute safety. During the mission, the force also approached and assisted in handing over a person's body to the family for burial according to local customs.

In parallel with the rescue mission, Brigade 572 coordinated with Tuy An Bac commune authorities to organize the supply of more than 100 gifts including instant noodles, dry food, drinking water, flashlights and essential necessities for people in deeply flooded villages who cannot provide food themselves.

The gifts were delivered on canoes through the rain, adding resources and confidence to the people in difficult times. One of the most touching images on November 20 was the Brigade's working group quickly approaching the house of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Muoi (89 years old, Long Uyen village) - who fell and broke her leg when the flood rose. The soldiers promptly provided first aid, fixed the wound and took her on a canoe to the hospital. Thanks to the dedicated support, Mrs. Muoi was safely transferred to the hospital and is being monitored and treated.
