Most Mazda cars have achieved a Top Safety Pick+ rating.

Recently, the American Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) announced the list of car models that have won the Top Safety Pick and Top Safety Pick+ awards this year.

Specifically, among the 48 honored models, eight Mazda models received the highest Top Safety Pick+ award .

Accordingly, the Mazda models that received the Top Safety Pick+ award are: Mazda3 (hatchback and sedan versions), CX-30, CX-50, CX-70 (regular and PHEV versions), and CX-90 (regular and PHEV versions).

Every Mazda model undergoes detailed testing and evaluation by the IIHS, from its exterior to its powertrain. This demonstrates the consistent safety standards Mazda maintains across its entire product line.

However, the list of vehicles receiving safety certification this time is missing the Mazda CX-5.

The CX-5 is Mazda's best-selling model in many markets, including Vietnam. While the vehicle's crash test results meet all criteria, the IIHS has not yet been able to test its ability to prevent collisions with pedestrians, so it has not been rated as completely safe.
