In line with the Government and State Bank of Vietnam's direction in the key credit program of VND 500,000 billion to promote infrastructure and digital technology investment - two strategic growth drivers for the 2025-2030 period, HDBank is implementing a preferential credit package of VND 20,000 billion for businesses that are currently investing or will invest in these key sectors.

This is one of HDBank's concrete actions contributing to the effective implementation of the Government 's major policies, while also supporting businesses in accessing capital that suits their practical needs and priority development orientations in the current period.

With interest rates starting from just 6% per year, the program provides timely financial resources to help businesses proactively implement their production and business plans.

The program will be implemented from now until 2030 across the entire HDBank system, applicable to both existing and new corporate customers. Priority will be given to businesses on the lists published by the Ministry of Construction , the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Science and Technology – those with sustainable development strategies and the potential to lead the market in the future.

The loan package is designed to be flexible, meeting short-term capital needs (maximum loan term of 6 months) such as supplementing working capital, as well as medium and long-term needs (up to 10 years) to implement expansion plans, develop infrastructure systems, and apply modern technology. At the same time, HDBank integrates digital financial solutions to support businesses in effectively managing cash flow, connecting payments, and optimizing operations in the digital environment.

In line with the sustainable development orientation.

In addition to preferential interest rates, HDBank also offers a support package worth up to VND 10 million in transaction fees for businesses opening new accounts, along with advice on financial solutions, digitalization of payment processes, and account management to optimize operational efficiency.

The VND 20 trillion credit package is a concrete and timely action by HDBank, demonstrating the bank's proactive spirit in implementing the Government's major orientations and mobilizing financial resources for sectors that play a fundamental role in long-term growth.

Currently, HDBank is also implementing other programs in line with the direction of the Government and the State Bank of Vietnam, including: lending for social housing projects; agriculture, forestry and fisheries; lending for rice in the Mekong Delta region; and lending for infrastructure and digital technology, with a total capital of over 30,000 billion VND.
