Petrolimex Board of Directors announced the decision on key personnel at Petrolimex Ben Tre

Attending the announcement ceremony, on behalf of the Party Committee of Ben Tre Provincial People's Committee, there was comrade Le Truong Han - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

On behalf of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group ( Petrolimex / Group), attending and directing the ceremony were Mr. Tran Tuan Linh - Member of the Board of Directors of the Group and leaders of the Board of Directors including: Human Resources, Salary and Bonus Board; General Board; Audit Board.

On the side of Petrolimex Ben Tre, there were Mr. Pham Van Thinh - Chairman and Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Chau Uyen - Deputy Director, Chairman of the Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Long - Deputy Director; with the participation of leaders of functional departments, Rach Vong Petroleum Depot, Secretary of the Company's Youth Union and Store Managers of affiliated petrol stations.

In Decision No. 0357/PLX-QD-HĐQT dated April 25, 2025 announced by Head of Human Resources, Salary and Bonus Department of the Board of Directors of the Group Tran Van Giang, Mr. Pham Van Thinh - Chairman and Director of Petrolimex Ben Tre ceased to hold the position of Director from May 1, 2025; Ms. Nguyen Thi Chau Uyen was appointed to the position of Director from May 1, 2025 according to Decision No. 0358/PLX-QD-HĐQT dated April 25, 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Tuan Linh - Member of the Board of Directors of the Group expressed his respect and commendation for the contributions and dedication of Mr. Pham Van Thinh in many years of working in the petroleum industry, despite having held many positions, he always completed the assigned tasks excellently. The Group and the locality recognized that contribution to the development of Petrolimex Ben Tre in particular and the whole Group in general. On behalf of the Group's leadership, Board Member Tran Tuan Linh sent congratulations to the new Director Nguyen Thi Chau Uyen.

In his response, Mr. Pham Van Thinh expressed his sincere thanks to the leaders of the Group through the periods who have directed and supported him in completing his tasks over the years. Mr. Pham Van Thinh affirmed that, as Chairman of the Company, he will continue to make efforts and strive to fulfill his duties as Chairman of the Company, coordinate with the new Director Nguyen Thi Chau Uyen and the Company's Board of Directors to operate effectively, ensure safety and development, especially accelerate and break through to achieve high growth in 2025.

In her acceptance speech, the new Director Nguyen Thi Chau Uyen expressed her sincere and deep gratitude to the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group, the Party Committee of the Ben Tre Provincial People's Committee, and the Board of Directors and key staff of the Company for their trust and confidence in her as the Director of the Company. In her new position, Ms. Nguyen Thi Chau Uyen pledged to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, innovation and creativity with the Board of Directors and all employees of the Company to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Group, building Petrolimex Ben Tre to develop stably and sustainably, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the Group in the coming time.
