The days At the beginning of summer, the library of Phuc Trach Primary School (Phuc Trach commune) becomes busier than usual. Regularly, three times a week, the library welcomes a large number of students who come to read books.
For Nguyen Ha Phuong (wearing a pink shirt), a 5th-grade student at Phuc Trach Primary School (Phuc Trach commune), the library has become a familiar meeting place where she can discover her favorite books and participate in fun activities. Phuong said: “This year, the school opened the library early, and we are very happy because we get to read books and participate in many games with our friends, which we rarely have time to experience during school because we have to focus on studying.”
Mr. Le Binh Thin, Principal of Phuc Trach Primary School, said: “The school is coordinating with other schools in the area to rotate books and update the learning materials for students. In addition, students are encouraged to bring books to exchange with each other. This activity not only helps students have more books to read but also creates a beneficial playground, develops life skills, and reduces the risk of accidents and injuries during the summer.”

Following the directives of the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training, since the beginning of June 2026, many schools in the province have proactively opened their libraries to serve students during the summer. In addition to school students, many schools have also created opportunities for children in the area to read books, learn knowledge, and participate in experiential activities.
