On the morning of June 29, the Women's Union of Hiep Duc district organized the forum "Hiep Duc starts a business with Shark Hung Anh". More than 500 women's union members and youth union members from 10 communes and towns attended and listened to information shared at this forum.
After 7 years of implementing the startup movement, Hiep Duc district has dozens of new models and good practices of women members. In particular, the highlight is the establishment of Hiep Duc Women's Club for creative startups; supporting 10 cooperatives owned by women, creating jobs, increasing income for hundreds of female workers, especially ethnic minority women... contributing greatly to poverty reduction in Hiep Duc. In particular, with its role, Hiep Duc District Women's Union has effectively implemented the Prime Minister 's Project 939 on "Supporting women to start businesses in the period 2017-2025".
The Women's Union of Hiep Duc district has created trust and determination among women in the local start-up and career movement. Thanks to that, Hiep Duc now has 15 OCOP products that meet 3-star standards, of which 14 are owned by women; Hiep Duc women's start-up products have been honored in the central and provincial start-up community.
At the forum, Mr. Le Hung Anh, Chairman of the Board of Directors - CEO of BIN Corporation - highly appreciated the spirit of daring to think, daring to do of the Women's Union of Hiep Duc district in the movement of creative start-ups, self-reliance, and career establishment. Mr. Hung Anh also shared many good and valuable experiences in expanding the market, creating highlights and differences in each product; ways to call for investment, as well as fundamental and sustainable directions in starting a business, especially choosing unique, local and indigenous features, but with replicable and universal characteristics, for successful start-ups.
Mr. Hung Anh also answered frankly the opinions of female members of the Women's Entrepreneurship Association in the spirit of sharing experiences to build an increasingly stronger Hiep Duc women's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Up to now, the Women's Union of Hiep Duc district is the first unit in the province to organize a forum to share startup experiences with the participation of famous figures in the national startup community and received a large response from female members, youth and the startup community in the whole district.
