Hoa Lu provides refresher training and knowledge updates for Category 4 officials.

On the morning of September 20th, the Standing Committee of the Hoa Lu District Party Committee held the opening ceremony for a training course to update knowledge for cadres under the management of the District Party Committee Standing Committee in 2023 (Category 4) according to Regulation No. 164-QĐ/TW dated February 1st, 2013 of the Politburo .

The training course was attended by 270 officials, including Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, and Standing Committee members of the Party Committees of agencies and units under the District Party Committee; Heads and Deputy Heads of departments, branches, and mass organizations of the district; Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Party Committees, Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen of People's Councils and People's Committees, and Standing Committee members of Party Committees of communes and towns; and Principals of schools in the district.

During the training course, participants studied two topics: some new points in Party building and rectification (from the 13th Party Congress to the present) and a topic on workplace culture and public service ethics, delivered by lecturers from the Provincial Political School and Dr. Le Doan Hop, former member of the Central Committee of the Party and former Minister of Information and Communications .

Comrade Bui Thien Thi, Secretary of the Hoa Lu District Party Committee, delivered the opening remarks at the training course.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, Comrade Bui Thien Thi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the District Party Committee, affirmed: Training and development is a key task of the Party and a focus of personnel work; the goal and requirements of the training course are to update new information and knowledge to enhance political awareness, ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and work capacity for the leadership and management team, meeting the requirements, standards, and positions at each job.

The comrade requested that the trainees strictly adhere to the program, content, and class schedule; and arrange their time to attend all classes.

The training course took place over two days, September 20th and 21st. Through this training, updated information, new knowledge, and professional skills were provided to the staff, contributing to raising political awareness, ideological understanding, ethics, lifestyle, and work capacity for leaders and managers within the district's political system, meeting the requirements and tasks assigned in the new situation.
