At the same time, hire a qualified and competent construction unit to organize the repair and reinforcement of the structure in accordance with regulations, ensuring safe use; when carrying out repairs and reinforcement of the structure, measures must be taken to ensure the safety of people and the structure.
After repair and reinforcement, the structure must be assessed by the inspection unit and relevant agencies to ensure safety according to regulations before being put back into use. The People's Committee of Khuong Dinh Ward is responsible for supervising the implementation of the above-mentioned work.
Speaking to the press, Bui Huyen Mai, Secretary of the Thanh Xuan District Party Committee, said that this mini-apartment building has been granted land ownership certificates and the residents living there are co-owners.
"Throughout the entire relocation process, we will monitor to ensure safety. As Thanh Nien newspaper reported, on February 24th, many residents of the 8-story mini-apartment building at 22 Alley 236/17, Khuong Dinh Street, moved their belongings to other places because many concrete columns and beams in the basement were cracked and broken, requiring iron supports and steel frames to be reinforced to ensure safety.
This mini-apartment building has approximately 60 units, which have been sold to residents by the developer and have been occupied since 2017.
