According to information from the Mong Cai International Border Gate Management Board, through information exchange with the Department of Commerce and Border Gate Management of Dongxing City (China), on the occasion of the National Day of the People's Republic of China in 2024, the functional forces at Dongxing Border Gate, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) still arrange forces to maintain normal import-export and export-import activities at Mong Cai International Border Gate (Bac Luan I Bridge area) - Dongxing and the Km3+4 Hai Yen Pontoon Bridge Opening / Dongxing Border Market Pair. The import-export activity area at Bac Luan II Bridge clearance will be cleared by appointment only.

The functional forces of Dong Hung border gate (China) will be on a 7-day holiday (from October 1 to 7, 2024). During the holiday, the customs clearance for people entering and leaving the country at Bac Luan II bridge area will operate normally; the customs clearance for imported and exported goods at Bac Luan II bridge area will operate under a pre-arranged customs clearance regime.

On October 2, 4, and 6, in addition to items registered for customs clearance by appointment, other types of items can go through customs clearance as usual. Customs clearance time: Morning from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Beijing time (ie 8:00 am to 11:00 am Hanoi time); afternoon from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm Beijing time (ie 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm Hanoi time).

Import and export of goods through the Bac Luan II Border Gate Customs Clearance

At Mong Cai International Border Gate (Bac Luan I Bridge area) - Dong Hung and the Floating Bridge Opening Km3+4 Hai Yen / Dong Hung Border Market Pair, import-export and export-import activities take place normally.
