Import and export turnover reached over 15.6 billion USD.

According to information from the Customs Sub-department of Region VIII, in the first nine months of 2025, import and export activities in the province continued to be stable and showed many positive signs.

The Customs agency processed 157,835 customs declarations, a 26% increase compared to the same period last year, with the participation of 2,446 businesses, a 43% increase (corresponding to an additional 740 businesses). The total import and export turnover through the area reached over 15.6 billion USD, a 12% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Alongside the growth in trade turnover, state budget revenue collection has also achieved positive results. As of September 25th, total state budget revenue from import and export activities reached 12,657 billion VND, equivalent to 71% of the target set by the Government , the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee (17,800 billion VND), and also reaching 98% of the initial forecast (12,950 billion VND).

The above results affirm the efforts of functional agencies in managing, supervising, and reforming administrative procedures to facilitate businesses; and at the same time demonstrate the strong momentum of production, business, and import-export activities in the province. This is also an important foundation for the locality to achieve its socio -economic development goals in 2025.
