During her physics lesson in class 12T1, Ms. Nhi patiently guided her students with dedication and approachability. Her gentle voice and thought-provoking questions filled the classroom with enthusiasm. When the students found the answers, a satisfied smile appeared on her face, simple yet warm. Born into a family of six siblings who all became teachers, she nurtured a love for the profession from a young age. "I always learned from my older siblings the importance of setting a good example, patience, and dedication to their students. For me, that's also learning from President Ho Chi Minh in the simplest things," Ms. Nhi shared.

Having taught for over 20 years, she deeply understands President Ho Chi Minh's teaching: "A living example is worth more than a hundred propaganda speeches." She always keeps in mind the spirit of self-study, self-improvement, and wholeheartedly dedicated to her students; setting an example in her demeanor, speech, and work ethic so that students see that teachers not only teach academics but also teach how to live, how to learn, and how to be a good person. Ms. Nhi is not only an excellent teacher but also an exemplary Party member who has consistently performed her duties exceptionally well for five consecutive years, earning the title of Outstanding Teacher and the Third-Class Labor Medal, recognizing the tireless efforts of a dedicated teacher.

For Ms. Nhi, learning from President Ho Chi Minh means being dedicated and responsible every day. In each lesson, she applies President Ho Chi Minh's teachings on combining theory with practice, transforming dry knowledge into engaging and lively lessons. "I always try to inspire a spirit of discovery and a love for science in my students so that they can learn on their own," she shared. In the early days of reforming teaching methods, equipment and materials were scarce, and technology was unfamiliar to many teachers… but instead of being afraid of change, she quietly taught herself, created videos, and designed e-learning lessons.

After innovating her teaching methods, her students became more active and proactive, learning to discuss in groups and present their results through slides and videos. “Seeing their eyes light up when they discover something on their own is the greatest reward for me,” Ms. Nhi said. Based on these results, she designed many engaging e-learning lessons, participated in the 4th Provincial Education Festival, and won the A prize for her lesson and first prize for her presentation. Following that, at the provincial e-learning lesson design competition on the topic of local history, she won the C prize. Her success inspired innovation within the physics department and spread creativity and self-learning throughout the school.

Teacher Nguyen Van Hien, a fellow teacher in the same group, commented: “Ms. Nhi is dedicated, always sharing electronic lesson plans and guiding students on how to use learning software. She not only inspires the writing of innovative ideas within the group but also accompanies and spreads the spirit of creative innovation in teaching methods to all members.” With her excellent teaching skills and engaging teaching style, for five consecutive years, the quality of her subject has consistently exceeded targets, with 100% of students achieving an average or above-average academic performance, 100% of her homeroom students having good conduct, and successfully graduating from high school. Phan Ha Bao Khanh, a student in class 12T1, shared: “She teaches in an easy-to-understand way, illustrating with real-life examples, so I grasp the lessons quickly. Her lessons are always fun and full of energy.”

As the team leader, she built the Physics Department into a united and professional team, with students consistently achieving high rankings in provincial and national-level competitions for gifted students and Violympic competitions for many years. In the 2023-2024 school year alone, students from the department won two third prizes and two consolation prizes at the provincial level; the previous year they won a gold medal at the provincial level and a bronze medal at the national level. In the 2024-2025 school year, they won two third prizes and two consolation prizes in the provincial-level gifted student competition in physics, and one second prize, one third prize, and two consolation prizes in the provincial-level Casio physics competition.

Mr. Dam Thanh Lac, Principal of Giong Rieng High School, said: “Ms. Nhi is a teacher with good moral character, enthusiasm, solid professional skills, and always excellently completes all assigned tasks. As an exemplary Party member, she learns from President Ho Chi Minh's simple things with a sense of responsibility, treating her students as her own children.”

For Ms. Nhi, learning from President Ho Chi Minh is not something far-fetched, but begins with simple things in everyday life: teaching with heart, living responsibly, and loving her profession to sow the seeds of knowledge for the future.
