Learning from Uncle Ho in every lesson

During the physics class in class 12T1, Ms. Nhi patiently guides the students with dedication and closeness. Her gentle voice and open-ended questions make the class full of excitement. When the students find the answer, a satisfied smile appears on her face, simple yet warm. Born into a family of 6 siblings who are all teachers, she has been nurtured with a love for the profession since childhood. "I always learn from my seniors how to set an example, how to be patient and devoted to students. For me, that is also learning from Uncle Ho from the simplest things," Ms. Nhi shared.

After more than 20 years of teaching, she has become more aware of Uncle Ho's teachings: "A living example is worth more than a hundred propaganda speeches." She always keeps in mind the spirit of self-study, self-discipline and devotion to students; setting an example from demeanor, words to working spirit so that students can see that teachers not only teach letters but also teach how to live, how to study and how to be a human being. Ms. Nhi is not only a good teacher but also an exemplary party member who has excellently completed her tasks for 5 consecutive years, and has been awarded the title of Excellent Teacher and the Third Class Labor Medal, recognizing the tireless efforts of a dedicated teacher.

For Nhi, learning from Uncle Ho means dedication and responsibility every day. In each lesson, she applies Uncle Ho's teachings to practice, turning dry knowledge into close and lively lessons. "I always try to inspire the spirit of discovery and love of science in students so that they can learn on their own," she shared. In the early days of innovation in teaching methods, equipment and materials were lacking, technology was still unfamiliar to many teachers... but instead of being afraid of change, she quietly studied on her own, made videos, and designed E-learning electronic lectures.

After innovating teaching methods, her students became more active, proactive, and knew how to discuss in groups and present results through slides and videos. "Seeing their eyes light up every time they discover on their own is the greatest reward for me," said Ms. Nhi. From that result, she designed many lively E-learning electronic lectures, participated in the 4th Education Festival of the province and won the A prize for lectures and the first prize for presentations. Next, at the E-learning lecture design contest on geography, she won the C prize at the provincial level. Her success inspired the spirit of innovation in the physics group, spreading inspiration for creativity and self-study throughout the school.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hien - a teacher in the same group commented: "Ms. Nhi is dedicated, always sharing electronic lectures and instructing how to use learning software. She not only inspires the movement of creative writing in the group but also accompanies and spreads the spirit of creativity and innovation in teaching methods to all members." Both "teaching well" and "teaching well", for 5 consecutive years the quality of her subject has always exceeded the target, 100% of students have average academic performance or above, 100% of homeroom students have good conduct, and pass high school graduation. Phan Ha Bao Khanh - a student of class 12T1 shared: "She teaches in an easy-to-understand way, illustrates with real-life examples so I grasp the lesson quickly. Her classes are always fun and full of energy."

As the team leader, she built the Physics Team into a united, professional collective, with students achieving high results in the provincial and national excellent student and Violympics competitions for many consecutive years. In the 2023-2024 school year alone, the team's students won 2 third prizes and 2 consolation prizes at the provincial level; the previous year they won a provincial gold prize and a national bronze prize. In the 2024-2025 school year, they won 2 third prizes and 2 consolation prizes for excellent students at the provincial level in physics, and 1 second prize, 1 third prize and 2 consolation prizes in the provincial physics casio.
