
At the meeting, delegates heard representatives from the District People's Committee present seven proposals seeking the opinion of the District People's Council. Specifically, Proposal No. 98/TTr-UBND dated May 22, 2025, on requesting approval of the 2024 budget revenue and expenditure settlement; Proposal No. 110/TTr-UBND dated May 28, 2025, on allocating the capital plan from the provincial budget to implement the National Target Program for New Rural Development in 2025 (Phase 2); Proposal No. 114/TTr-UBND dated May 29, 2025, on adjusting the plan for allocating development investment capital to implement Project 1 of the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, giai đoạn 2021-2025; Report No. 113/TTr-UBND dated May 29, 2025, on adjusting the plan for allocating development investment capital to implement Project 1 and Project 4 of the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in 2024 and 2025.
Report No. 117/TTr-UBND dated May 29, 2025, on adjusting the 2025 public investment plan using local budget funds; Report No. 116/TTr-UBND dated May 29, 2025, on adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 using local budget funds; Report No. 109/TTr-UBND dated May 28, 2025, on halting the investment policy for projects under the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 (including the Mang Yang District Hall Project, the Dak Ta Ley Commune Police Station Project, and the Ayun Commune Police Station Project).

The session heard reports from the committees of the District People's Council on the results of their review of the submissions from the District People's Committee, along with discussions among the delegates attending the session, and listened to the leaders of the District People's Committee explain some related issues after the discussions…
The district People's Council delegates attending the session unanimously voted to approve all 7 proposals from the District People's Committee and the draft resolutions of the District People's Council presented at the session.
In his closing remarks at the thematic session, Tran Dinh Hiep, Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Council of Mang Yang District, urged all levels, sectors, localities, and relevant units in the district to focus on implementing the contents and tasks outlined in the resolutions passed by the District People's Council. He also emphasized that the Standing Committee of the District People's Council, the committees of the District People's Council, and the groups of delegates of the District People's Council should effectively disseminate information on the resolutions of the session, as well as monitor and supervise their implementation, contributing to the successful completion of the district's socio-economic development tasks.
