Workshop to summarize the topic and introduce effective digital transformation models and solutions for businesses

On April 25, the research team on the topic "Research on digital transformation solutions for small and medium enterprises in An Giang province" in collaboration with the Information Technology Center, An Giang University organized a workshop to summarize the topic and introduce effective digital transformation models and solutions for small and medium enterprises in the province.

Business representatives share practical experience applying digital transformation models

Dr. Tran Quy, Director of the Vietnam Institute for Digital Economic Development; Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Tran Trung Hieu; together with leaders of the Union of Science and Technology Associations of An Giang province, the An Giang Business Association. Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Thanh Nghi - Head of the Faculty of Information Technology and Director of the Center for Information Technology (An Giang University) and nearly 60 businesses attended.

At the workshop, delegates listened to the project leader, Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Thanh Nghi, report on the project summary, introduce the digital transformation model in 3 fields of agriculture, trade - services, industry - construction , information portal, AI chatbot supporting digital transformation of enterprises, digital transformation handbook in 3 fields. Overview of the situation, advantages and difficulties in digital transformation of small and medium enterprises in An Giang province; enterprises participating in the digital transformation model shared results, experiences, practical application of the digital transformation model and expectations in the future of digital transformation implementation in the province.

Over the past time, with the enthusiastic support of departments and branches and the An Giang Provincial Business Association, the research team has approached many businesses. Thereby, implementing the orientation of the process as well as the appropriate digital transformation model for nearly 200 businesses to serve business and management activities in the current digital application era. In particular, the series of training activities on digital transformation of enterprises in various fields is the basis for research, assessment of the actual situation of digital transformation and proposal of solutions for digital transformation in An Giang province.
