Tan De Company: Career counseling for employees' children

As part of the series of activities to welcome summer 2025 taking place from June 2025, on the morning of August 24, Tan De Sports Production Joint Stock Company (Tan De Company) organized the program "Tan De accompanies children to adulthood" with the main activity being career orientation counseling for children of employees of school age from grade 9 to grade 12.

Speakers and children of Tan De Company employees discussed and shared about current career choices and career orientation advice.

The program was attended by 850 students, representing nearly 3,000 registered participants. They had the opportunity to interact with leading experts in the field of education and career guidance from Hanoi National University of Education. They were provided with basic foundational knowledge such as: Identifying their own strengths and weaknesses; psychological analysis; scientific methods in choosing a training school and choosing a career, from which they can determine their own career future. In addition, experts also provided advice and shared some knowledge, experience, and life skills - important provisions for students to be confident and steady on the path to self-development and career development.

Through the program, Tan De Company's leaders hope that the children of employees will receive a proper and comprehensive education. They will not only be good students, have good skills, and work effectively, but also have good culture, good ethics, and a rich spiritual life.

Tan De Company's leaders presented gifts to encourage children of workers in difficult circumstances to excel in their studies in the 2024-2025 school year.

Tan De Company's leaders and employees' children joined the national atmosphere celebrating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

At the program, Tan De Company spent 160 million VND to give gifts to students in difficult circumstances who have made great efforts in their studies; organized birthday celebrations for 6 students born on August 24 and organized an art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

The Board of Directors and representatives of children of Tan De Company employees offered incense and flowers to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at Thai Binh Martyrs Temple.

On the same morning, the leadership of Tan De Company and representatives of students who are children of workers came to offer incense and flowers to commemorate and pay tribute to the heroic martyrs at Thai Binh Martyrs Temple.
