The parade program attracted more than 400 people from agencies, units, sports bike clubs in districts, towns and cities to attend. After the launching ceremony, the group of participants in the bicycle parade followed the route from Salanganes'Nest Park to the roundabout area of Pham Van Dong street intersecting with Mai Xuan Thuong street, then turned back and finished.
