On the morning of May 29th, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to hear and give opinions on several important issues. Attending the meeting were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, members of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of several departments and agencies.

Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, delivered a speech at the meeting.

At the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Construction reported on the results of implementing Conclusion No. 50-KL/TU dated February 28, 2019, and Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU dated March 18, 2019, of the Provincial Party Committee on building model new rural residential areas. They also clarified difficulties and obstacles, and proposed adjustments and amendments to some contents of Conclusion No. 50-KL/TU and Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU, thereby contributing to overcoming difficulties in establishing rural residential planning and generating revenue for the provincial budget.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, delivered a speech at the meeting. Comrade Vu Kim Cu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Parks Management Board, delivered a speech at the meeting.

Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, delivered a speech at the meeting.

The head of the Department of Construction reported at the meeting. The head of the Department of Planning and Investment reported at the meeting.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that the decision to adjust Conclusion No. 50-KL/TU and Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee is a necessary step. He requested the Department of Construction to incorporate the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting and, based on that, revise the report accordingly, especially regarding the title, basis, grounds, objectives, and content, paying particular attention to the section on increasing the road cross-section area to meet practical requirements.

Also at the meeting, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee gave its opinion on adjusting the investment policy for the coastal road project in Thai Binh province. Regarding this matter, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Planning and Investment to incorporate the opinions of the delegates and, based on that, finalize the report for submission to the competent authority in the near future.
