Hue and the 2023 Digital Transformation Week: "Creating Digital Data"

The Digital Transformation Week - Hue 2023 provides useful information, experiences, and solutions on creating and exploiting digital data, promoting linkages and cooperation among localities in the region.

The People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province, in collaboration with the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), organized the Digital Transformation Week - Hue 2023, with the theme "Creating Digital Data - Promoting Regional Linkages".

This event is part of a series of activities in response to the National Digital Data Year as directed by the Prime Minister .

Over 50 leading experts and speakers on digital transformation, along with leaders from agencies and businesses, participated in the event to share and discuss topics such as promoting digital transformation in businesses; creating and leveraging digital data to create breakthroughs in tourism development; and managing and exploiting digital data in the healthcare sector.

Over the past period, Thua Thien Hue province has been implementing solutions to accelerate the development of e-government and digital government in order to improve the capacity and efficiency of the state administrative apparatus and the quality of service to citizens and businesses.

The Hue Digital Transformation Week 2023 event is expected to not only provide useful information, experiences, and solutions on creating and exploiting digital data, but also promote linkages and cooperation between localities in the region, and foster collaboration between businesses and localities in digital transformation and data exploitation to create breakthroughs in socio-economic development in Hue in particular and the entire Central Vietnam economic region in general.

With the goal of digital transformation towards becoming a centrally-governed city by 2025, the Hue Digital Transformation Week 2023 also focused on discussing and addressing digital transformation and the creation of digital data in key sectors, while promoting the formation of linkages between businesses and government agencies (B2G), businesses and businesses (B2B), and creating and exploiting data to generate new value.

Within the framework of the Hue Digital Transformation Week 2023, the final round of the VietFuture 2023 Innovation Award was organized for the first time by VINASA under the patronage of the Ministry of Science and Technology and hosted by the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province. The program attracted 74 projects from 27 colleges and universities nationwide.
