(CLO) On March 10th, the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province, and members of the Provincial People's Committee met to consider and give opinions on several important issues.
At the meeting, the Department of Internal Affairs presented a proposal requesting approval for the reorganization of mass organizations in the province. The Department of Agriculture and Environment presented a draft report summarizing the results of implementing Plan No. 93a/KH-UBND dated March 31, 2017, of the Provincial People's Committee and the results of implementing Resolution No. 40-NQ/TU dated July 31, 2023, of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in Hung Yen province; and a proposal to repeal Decision No. 3022/QĐ-UBND dated December 28, 2021, of the Provincial People's Committee approving the Project "Improving the efficiency of land clearance for investment projects in the province".
Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee, presided over the meeting.
Based on the content of the submissions and draft reports from the Department of Internal Affairs and the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the delegates commented on several issues such as: The arrangement of mass organizations in the province needs attention to the reorganization of overlapping or similar organizations; the implementation of Plan No. 93a needs to be maintained without interruption; the results up to the current stage should be evaluated, and a new plan should be issued immediately; replacing the summary with a preliminary review of the period.
Concluding the meeting, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee, Tran Quoc Van, requested the Department of Internal Affairs and the Department of Agriculture and Environment to incorporate the opinions expressed at the meeting. Regarding the proposal seeking approval for the reorganization of mass organizations in the province, the Department of Internal Affairs will finalize the contents of the proposal for presentation at a later meeting.
