Previously, on May 9, the Investigative Police Agency, the Ministry of Public Security issued Official Letter 5/C2030-P01 to the People's Committee of Da Nang City on canceling property transactions and ensuring the normal operation of the services. Company related to Phan Van Anh Vu.
According to the official dispatch, on April 20, the Investigative Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security received an application from Construction Joint Stock Company 4, Bac Nam Construction Joint Stock Company 79, IVC Company Limited and Nhat Gia Phuc Joint Stock Company, all headquartered in Da Nang City, requesting to cancel the suspension of property transactions, blockade bank accounts to ensure the normal operation of businesses in Da Nang.
According to the Investigative Police Agency, the Ministry of Public Security, in 2018, this agency accepted and investigated the cases of "Deliberately disclosing state secrets", "Tax evasion", "Abusing positions and powers while performing official duties", "Violation of regulations on management and use of State property causing loss and waste, and "Violation of regulations on land management", which occurred in Phan Van Anh Vu city, which occurred in Phan Van Anh Vu city. In order to serve the requirements of investigating the above cases, ensuring the recovery of State assets and executing judgments, the Investigative Police Agency has confiscated assets in Da Nang City related to the 4 enterprises mentioned above.

“Up to now, all the cases related to Phan Van Anh Vu have been brought to trial and the judgments have taken legal effect. The judgments only continue the distraint orders for 9 properties, which are land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets mentioned above; did not declare the temporary suspension of property transactions, blockade the bank accounts of 79 Construction Joint Stock Company, Bac Nam 79 Construction Joint Stock Company, IVC Company Limited and Nhat Gia Phuc Joint Stock Company to serve the judgment enforcement work," the official letter stated.
Therefore, the Investigation Police Agency, the Ministry of Public Security proposed the People's Committee of Da Nang City to direct relevant departments, branches and units, based on their assigned functions and tasks to handle the request of the Joint Stock Company. Construction 79, Bac Nam Construction Joint Stock Company 79, IVC Co., Ltd and Nhat Gia Phuc Joint Stock Company in accordance with the provisions of law, to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders and capital contributors and normal business operations.
