In Trach My Loc commune, 30 plots of land are located in the Doc Tranh area, with areas ranging from 96 to 148 m2 and a starting bid price of 23.4 million VND/m2; in Tho Loc commune, there are 9 plots located in the Dong Phuom area, with an area of ​​134 m2/plot and a starting bid price of 19.8 million VND/m2.

According to the Land Development Center of Phuc Tho District, bidders must deposit 20% of the starting price of the land plot, equivalent to approximately 450 million to nearly 600 million VND per plot. More than 350 people have participated with nearly 700 valid registration applications.

At the auction, participants write their bids on a single form. Immediately afterward, the auctioneer reviews the bids publicly on the spot to determine the winning bidder based on the highest bid per square meter of the land plot.

As a result, 39 land plots were successfully auctioned. For the plots in the Dong Phuom area (Tho Loc commune), the highest winning bid was over 26.4 million VND/m2. For the plots auctioned in the Doc Tranh area (Trach My Loc commune), the highest winning bid reached 60 million VND/m2, 2.6 times the starting price.

Notably, in the land auction held in Phuc Tho district on August 29th, many bidders won multiple land plots at very high prices. For example, for plots DG03, DG04, DG05, and DG07, the winning bids were all to the same bidder; similarly, for plots DG08, DG09, and DG14, the winning bids were also to the same bidder.

Comments on the sidelines of the auction indicated that many people expressed that the winning bids in the Trach My Loc commune area were higher than the average land prices in the surrounding residential areas. Currently, land along the main road is trading at 30 to 35 million VND/m2, while land in alleys is around 20-30 million VND.
