Hue, the Ministry of Education and Training (Ministry of Education and Training), and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee chaired and coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee to organize the opening ceremony of the 3th National Entrepreneurship Festival of Students in 2023 (SV_STARTUP 2023). Hue University is the host of the program.

In order for start-up activities to have a breakthrough, to truly become a widespread movement across all fields, in all localities, at all levels and in all sectors, it is necessary to have a drastic intervention of the whole political system; the consensus and support of people and businesses, but most importantly, the determination and aspiration of Vietnamese youth.

This is also an opportunity to strengthen connection and investment promotion activities for students' start-up ideas and projects with high feasibility.
In two days (March 25-26), the 3th SV_STARTUP bears the mark of many practical, exciting and creative activities. The highlight of the 710th SV_STARTUP is the contest "HSSV with a startup idea" held on a national scale with a total prize value of 12 million VND. This is a contest for students aged 24-XNUMX who are studying at junior high schools, high schools, intermediate schools, colleges and universities across the country.
This year, the contest was launched from November 11. From 2022 projects, the organizers selected 508 best projects to the voting round and the final round of the contest. Each field will have 80 typical projects to be presented at the startup festival. After the contest ends, potential projects of students can be transferred to the community by higher education institutions.
Along with the contest, the forums: Connecting the network of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers of universities and colleges; A workshop on assessing the current situation and solutions to deploying start-up support activities in high schools, the festival also has many accompanying activities such as cultural exchanges, idea exhibition space, and startup projects.
