Mr. Nguyen Cong Khiet, Director of the My Son Temple Complex Management Board, said that on the occasion of Hung Vuong Ancestor Commemoration Day and the April 30th - May 1st holiday, the unit is implementing a tourism stimulus program with many incentives for visitors to the temple complex.

Specifically, from April 26th to May 3rd, Vietnamese visitors who buy 5 entrance tickets will receive 1 free ticket. Additionally, visitors will receive a 10% discount on souvenirs at the My Son Souvenir area.

Notably, in response to the first-ever Ao Dai Festival organized by Da Nang City from April 23rd to 26th, My Son will offer 100% free entrance tickets to female visitors wearing Ao Dai when visiting the historical site and taking photos for social media check-ins.

The My Son World Cultural Heritage Management Board expects that preferential policies will help increase the number of domestic tourists by about 15-20% during the holiday season, while also contributing to increased revenue from tickets and services, and promoting the image of My Son to domestic and international tourists.

As reported by Tuoi Tre Online , the first-ever Ao Dai Festival was held in Da Nang city from April 23 to 26, with a series of activities spanning areas along the Han River, APEC Park, Nguyen Van Troi Bridge, Son Tra pedestrian street, and several locations in Hoi An.

The festival will include various activities such as the "Da Nang Impression" ao dai parade, the "Hoi An - Colors of Silk" fashion show, an on-site tailoring and experience space, and the "Han River Convergence" art program at Nguyen Van Troi Bridge.

In addition, activities such as "Connecting Ao Dai - Connecting Friendship" and "Ao Dai - Bonding Love" were organized, encouraging locals and tourists to wear Ao Dai, participate in photo sessions, and spread the festival's message.

In particular, the "Ao Dai - Connecting Love" program encourages families to participate in taking photos at cultural sites and tourist destinations, enter the "Ao Dai Tells Cultural Stories" photo contest, and take part in the parade.

In addition, many participating units in the festival also implemented promotional programs in the fields of tailoring, renting, and selling ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress), as well as discounted entrance fees at some cultural institutions, contributing to creating a vibrant festival atmosphere.
