Lumi Smart Factory inauguration

On the morning of April 20, Lumi Vietnam Joint Stock Company held the inauguration ceremony of Lumi Smart Factory - IoT/Smarthome device manufacturing factory in Thang Long Vinh Phuc Industrial Park (Binh Xuyen). Attending the inauguration ceremony were comrade Bui The Duy, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology (MOST), representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches, and enterprises inside and outside the province.

Delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate Lumi Smart Factory.

Lumi Smart Factory is the first high-tech and large-scale Make In Vietnam IoT/smarthome device manufacturing factory in Vietnam, started construction in early 2022 with a scale of 6,000m2, total investment capital of more than 100 billion VND.

The factory owns the most modern SMT and DIP lines in Southeast Asia, with an annual design capacity of up to 1,000,000 smarthome devices; 500,000 Lighting devices and millions of other IoT devices/year. In addition, Lumi Smart Factory also expands its business in the fields of ODM, OEM, EMS for domestic and international partners.

Delegates visited the IoT/Smarthome equipment factory of Lumi Vietnam Joint Stock Company in Thang Long Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc .

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology (MOST) Bui The Duy affirmed that the MOST always accompanies Lumi in particular and businesses in general in connecting with investment funds, markets, supporting intellectual property-related work such as registration, protection, strategic guidance, exploitation and development of intellectual property, issues of quality measurement standards... Especially intellectual properties whose protection period has expired.

At the same time, we commit to accompany Lumi in searching for advanced technologies in the world, supporting connections with technology experts through the network of Vietnamese science and technology representatives abroad, thereby helping Lumi and businesses to develop more and more sustainably.

With this factory, Lumi begins the journey to realize a new mission, not only meeting the needs of customers using IoT/smartphone products but also laying the foundation for a new era, gradually realizing the aspiration to become the pride of Vietnam in the field of IoT in the international arena.
