Soldier Ngo Quang An's family is in difficult circumstances, and the house he is currently living in is in disrepair. Understanding his situation, the City Military Command has coordinated with the city's departments, branches, organizations, and the Party Committee and People's Committee of Hung Cuong commune to support the cost of building a comrade house.

After nearly 2 months of construction, the level 4 house was completed and put into use, with an area of ​​nearly 50m2, total cost of 200 million VND. Of which, the City Military Command supported 60 million VND, Hung Yen Garment Corporation - Joint Stock Company supported 10 million VND, Bao Hung Joint Stock Company 10 million VND, Hung Cuong Commune 10 million VND; businesses and benefactors in the area supported nearly 20 million VND, the remaining amount was helped by relatives.

At the house inauguration and handover ceremony, the Military Command of Hung Yen province and city, local authorities and organizations donated many household items.
