Soldier Ngo Quang An comes from a disadvantaged family, and his current house is dilapidated. Understanding his situation, the City Military Command, in coordination with city departments, organizations, and the Party Committee and People's Committee of Hung Cuong commune, provided funding to build a new house for him.

After nearly two months of construction, the single-story house, measuring nearly 50 square meters, was completed and put into use at a total cost of 200 million VND. Of this amount, the City Military Command contributed 60 million VND, Hung Yen Garment Corporation - Joint Stock Company contributed 10 million VND, Bao Hung Joint Stock Company contributed 10 million VND, Hung Cuong commune contributed 10 million VND; businesses and philanthropists in the area contributed nearly 20 million VND, and the remaining amount was provided by relatives.

At the house inauguration and handover ceremony, the Provincial Military Command, Hung Yen City, local authorities, and various organizations donated many household items.
