This is an important political and cultural event of Phu Luong ward to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The Van Noi Communal House Monument was built, completed and put into use as a cultural work of historical significance, a place for religious activities of local people and tourists, and at the same time a space for traditional education , fostering patriotism for the young generation, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous homeland.

Speaking at the ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairman of Phu Luong Ward People's Council Luong Manh Son emphasized that during the August Revolution, the people of Van Noi, Phu Luong Ward, made many important contributions. At Van Noi Communal House, the local revolutionary force was established; in the early period of the resistance war against the French, this was the place where military training classes were held.
In 1968, General Vo Nguyen Giap, Minister of National Defense, and other senior leaders visited and attended the ceremony to summarize the emulation heroes of the armed forces of Military Region III at Van Noi communal house. During the resistance war against the US, this place was also a national food reserve.
As a long-standing cultural and religious institution, Van Noi communal house not only has religious values but is also a historical "witness", marking the glorious revolutionary events of the locality. The construction of a memorial stele of the Resistance Revolution at Van Noi communal house affirms the role and value of the relic in the historical flow and revolutionary tradition of the Van Noi - Phu Luong region, is a "red address" to educate traditions, nurture revolutionary ideals for today's and future generations, contributing to enriching the cultural and historical identity of the locality.

After a period of implementation, with the attention and close direction of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and the Party Committee - People's Committee of the ward, along with the coordination of units and the consensus of the people, the monument project at the memorial site of the revolutionary resistance event at Van Noi communal house was completed on schedule, ensuring quality.
At the ceremony, the Party Secretary of the ward also requested the Party cells, residential groups, the Relic Management Board and the people to continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, join hands to preserve, conserve and promote the value of Van Noi communal house; promote education on patriotic traditions, associated with emulation movements, building Phu Luong to be increasingly developed, civilized and prosperous.
