At the forum, outstanding employees and union members shared in-depth information about the reality of work at the enterprise, their experiences and wishes for the future so that employees can have more opportunities to develop.
Mr. Tran Anh Tu, a member of the grassroots trade union of Can Sports Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Truong Mit commune), shared: “In the current working environment, with the application of many advanced and modern machines and equipment in production, in order not to fall behind and quickly adapt to the new environment, workers need to equip themselves with the necessary knowledge and skills. First of all, study and practice to understand the production process, the operating principles of new machines and equipment, constantly update technological advances in the field they are working in, always be aware of lifelong learning to adapt to change. Workers also need to continue to practice skills such as: using computers, using production management software; operating automatic equipment, applying artificial intelligence (AI); communication, teamwork; problem solving, creative thinking; time management, labor discipline,... In addition, workers need to practice industrial style and work attitude, promoting a sense of responsibility Responsible, proactive in learning, not afraid of change, disciplined, professional style to suit the international integration environment; equipped with basic foreign languages".
With a favorable working environment, workers and laborers can develop their abilities and contribute to the development of the business.
Vice President of the Trade Union of Hoang Minh Water Joint Stock Company (Duc Lap commune) Nguyen Ngoc Thuy Huong emphasized: the working environment is an important factor helping employees to fully develop their abilities and sense of responsibility.

It is a place where employees are guaranteed safety and health; recognized, respected, treated fairly; and have the opportunity to learn and develop their careers. She proposed diversifying forms of propaganda about the Party, organizing classes to foster awareness about the Party on holidays, building targets for developing party members from workers, etc. "When workers have the opportunity to stand in the ranks of the Party, it is not only a personal honor but also a motivation to stick with and contribute long-term to the enterprise and the locality" - Ms. Ly expressed.
Attending the forum, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai acknowledged the proposals, initiatives and legitimate aspirations of workers and union officials. The province will continue to improve mechanisms and policies to better care for the material and spiritual life of workers; ensure a safe and civilized working environment; create conditions for workers to study, practice skills, improve digital skills, promote initiatives, improve techniques, and make practical contributions to the development of the province in the period 2025-2030.
