The year 2025 also marks the end of a period of development with many brilliant achievements that Thanh Hoa has attained; at the same time, it opens a new era with the holding of Party Congresses at all levels and the 20th Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

With all the great achievements that the province has gained during the 2020-2025 term, it will be a powerful springboard and a great source of inspiration for millions of hearts in the province to beat in unison, aiming for higher goals, determined to complete greater tasks, and make stronger breakthroughs. This Provincial Party Congress is expected to create the foundation, intellect, and strength to open up a period of development rich in aspirations, to join the flow of the nation's spring, the new rhythm of national development, and to crystallize and spread to reach strongly out to the world, continuing to affirm the character, intellect, soul, and essence of Vietnam to the world ; in particular, further affirming the character and spirit of the land and people of Thanh Hoa.

With the motto "Unity and Responsibility - Creativity and Efficiency - Accelerating Towards the Finish Line" established throughout the province's political system, the entire Party, army, and people of Thanh Hoa, along with investors in the province, confidently look forward, stepping into the new year and spring, preparing the best for a journey of progress and development alongside the nation.
