In Workers' Month 2025, in addition to promoting propaganda work, trade unions at all levels in the province organized many activities of practical significance to the lives of workers, civil servants and laborers.

The Provincial Federation of Labor Standing Committee coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs to organize the Launching Ceremony with the participation of more than 250 union members and workers. From union financial resources and socialized resources, unions at all levels supported the construction of union shelters, visited union members and workers in difficult circumstances, and gave gifts with a total cost of more than 434 million VND.

In addition, the unit also cooperates with the Health Sector Trade Union, the Medical Centers of districts, towns and cities to organize health check-ups and occupational disease screening for thousands of union members; coordinates with Co.opmart Tuy Hoa Supermarket to sell goods at stable prices for union members, workers and people at the Co.op Food system throughout the province. Cultural, artistic and sports movements are organized by the union at all levels... creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among union members and workers.

On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Confederation of Labor awarded emulation flags and certificates of merit to 19 collectives and 27 individuals for their outstanding achievements in trade union activities; awarded certificates of merit to 26 workers who are outstanding party members and trade union officials in 2025; and awarded the Commemorative Medal for the Trade Union Cause to 85 people.
