At the ceremony, the leaders of Phu Yen University presented the resolution appointing Dr. Nguyen Minh Cuong and Dr. Luong Thi Anh Tuyet as Vice Rectors of the university.
On behalf of the school's leadership, Dr. Tran Lang congratulated and highly appreciated the positive contributions, qualities, capabilities, and leadership and management experience of the faculty. This is both an honor and a responsibility, with the key staff entrusting the two new vice rectors with the expectation of contributing to the continued development of the school in the current context of competition and international integration.

In their acceptance speeches, the two new vice rectors respectfully acknowledged and accepted the guidance and assignments from the leaders of Phu Yen University; expressing their determination to strive their utmost, working closely with the university's leadership team to uphold traditions, foster unity, and build upon achievements, and to successfully complete their assigned tasks. They also expressed their hope to continue receiving the attention, support, and cooperation of all levels of leadership and faculty members.

Dr. Nguyen Minh Cuong (born 1985), holds a PhD in Education and a senior-level qualification in Political Theory. Dr. Luong Thi Anh Tuyet (born 1984), holds a PhD in Entomology and a senior-level qualification in Political Theory.
