Speaking at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung highly appreciated the efforts of ministries, branches and localities in preparing conditions for operating two-level local governments on July 1, 2025.

To ensure the operation is effective and uninterrupted, he requested ministries, branches and localities to focus on reviewing tasks associated with the responsibilities of each organization and individual; the People's Committees of provinces and cities, coordinate with ministries and branches to continue to organize smooth and effective operations.

The announcement, publicization, and issuance of procedures, forms of administrative procedures and configuration on the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System have been basically completed; however, the implementation time is very short, so there are still potential errors. Therefore, the People's Committees of provinces and cities continue to closely follow the practical situation, arrange staff on duty to ensure immediate resolution of incidents in the process of handling administrative procedures for people and businesses; at the same time, promptly report to ministries and branches if there are any problems with procedures and processes for coordination in resolution; continue to review procedures, file forms and deploy detailed configurations to ensure optimization during implementation...
