DNO - This morning, October 29, the Civil Defense Command of Tra Leng commune held a meeting to deploy a number of urgent tasks in natural disaster prevention in villages of the old Tra Leng commune.

Chairman of Tra Leng Commune People's Committee Chau Minh Nghia informed that the Commune Civil Defense Command had met and immediately established a working group to directly respond to the rescue of people in the old Tra Leng Commune area, located at Tra Leng 2 Primary School.

The team is responsible for being proactive and ready to rescue people in all situations, especially when landslides occur, isolating villages. Coordinate with units to concentrate machinery and vehicles on key routes, limiting the isolation of residential areas.

At the same time, urgently deploy plans to build temporary houses for 5 households whose houses collapsed on Mr. Sup and Mr. Thai's roofs. Continue to send delegations to residential areas to visit and encourage people and promptly provide essential necessities to people.

On the same morning, working groups of the Civil Defense Command of Tra Leng commune organized to grasp the actual situation in the commune, recorded and assessed residential areas and traffic routes that were eroded and still isolated.

Up to now, people have basically taken shelter safely; the traffic routes that were cleared have now experienced landslides in some locations, and motor vehicles are actively working to reopen these locations. At the same time, the national power grid continues to have problems, and the entire commune is without power.
