Inauguration of Sau Ni bridge and giving gifts to people and students in Hoa Luu commune

(CT) - On the morning of October 27, Hoa Luu Commune Youth Union (Can Tho City) coordinated to organize the inauguration ceremony of Sau Ni bridge and a program to give gifts to people and students with difficult circumstances in the commune, to practically welcome the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hoa Luu commune, term 2025-2030.

Delegates performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate Sau Ni bridge.

Sau Ni Bridge is located in Thanh Hoa 2 Hamlet, Hoa Luu Commune, 18m long, 3m wide, worth 190 million VND, built by the Can Tho City Red Cross in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Lac Ward ( Ho Chi Minh City) mobilizing 2 sponsors in Ho Chi Minh City to contribute to the construction.

On this occasion, the sponsors also presented 200 gifts to poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households; 100 gifts and 12 bicycles to students who overcame difficulties and studied well in Hoa Luu commune. Each gift was worth 350,000 VND, including cash and necessities; each bicycle was worth more than 1.5 million VND.
