On October 28 and 29, the Women's Union of An Cu commune (An Giang province) held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

During the past term, the Women's Union of An Cu commune achieved and exceeded 8/8 targets set by the Congress resolution. Notably, it coordinated the construction and repair of 66 houses for households in difficult circumstances, with a total cost of 450 million VND; supported 245 women to escape near-poverty; helped 30 households achieve the criteria of "Family of 5 no, 3 clean"...

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Women's Union to appoint 25 comrades to join the Executive Committee of the An Cu Commune Women's Union, term I. Ms. Huynh Thi Say was appointed to hold the position of President of the An Cu Commune Women's Union, term 2025 - 2030.

The Congress voted and approved 6 groups of targets, 2 campaigns and emulation movements "Building Vietnamese women of the new era", "Building families of 5 no's, 3 clean's"; proposed 5 key tasks and 2 breakthroughs.
