The Congress unanimously set out 9 targets for the 2025 - 2030 term, striving to reduce the rate of poor veteran households to below 0.2%; over 80% of cadres are trained in digital skills; every year over 95% of branches and over 80% of cadres and members complete their tasks well, 20% complete their tasks excellently...

The Congress announced the decision of the An Giang Provincial Veterans Association to appoint 19 comrades to join the Executive Committee of the Binh Thanh Dong Commune Veterans Association for the 2025-2030 term; and appointed comrade Phan Hieu Nghia to hold the position of Chairman of the Commune Veterans Association.
