Dong Nai Red Cross supports people affected by natural disasters with 2 billion VND

(DN) - From October 22 to 26, the Red Cross Society of Dong Nai province organized a delegation to give gifts to support people in provinces affected by natural disasters including: Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang, Lang Son, Nghe An and Ha Tinh.

During the program, the delegation presented cash and gifts to Thai Nguyen province in the amount of 400 million VND, Cao Bang and Lang Son provinces in the amount of 300 million VND each, Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces in the amount of 500 million VND each. The funding for this support was mobilized by the Red Cross Society of Dong Nai province from organizations and individuals.

According to statistics from the Dong Nai Red Cross, from October 3 to now, the unit has received about 4.8 billion VND and goods worth 1.2 billion VND donated by individuals and organizations to help people in provinces affected by natural disasters.

From now until October 31, individuals and organizations can send donations directly to the Dong Nai Provincial Red Cross Society, No. 03, Hoang Minh Chau, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province; via bank transfer: Dong Nai Provincial Red Cross Society, account number 20251234, Vietinbank Binh Phuoc Branch, transfer content: name of unit/individual + "Join hands to overcome floods" 2025.
