At the meeting, local leaders reported on the results of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security; the operational status of the government apparatus after the merger; planning work; and the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.

Following the merger, the administrative apparatus of the communes is basically stable and operates smoothly; the staff and civil servants demonstrate a sense of responsibility, proactively overcome difficulties, and improve the efficiency of serving the people.
In An Hao commune, 15 out of 19 targets assigned by the province have been completed so far, with an economic growth rate of 6.51%. The commune requests the province to consider supplementing staffing and providing guidance on merging the health station.
Kim Son commune achieved and exceeded 8 out of 19 targets, with a growth rate of 6.5%, equivalent to 94.2% of the annual plan. The commune still lacks specialized staff, has limited infrastructure, and some sections of river embankments are at risk of erosion.
For Van Duc commune, the administrative apparatus quickly stabilized, completing 10 out of 19 targets assigned by the province, achieving an economic growth rate of 5.24%, and reaching 38.5% of the budget revenue target. Cultural and social fields have seen positive changes, and national defense and security have been maintained.

After listening to reports from the localities, representatives from the provincial departments and agencies directly addressed the requests and committed to supporting the localities in development planning, application of science and technology, digital transformation, and training information technology skills for local officials and employees.

Concluding the meeting, Colonel Nguyen The Vinh commended the solidarity and efforts of the Party committees, authorities, and militia forces of the communes in effectively implementing the "dual task" - both developing the economy and maintaining political stability and social order and security.
The comrade suggested continuing to thoroughly understand and strictly implement the Party's resolutions, linking socio-economic development with strengthening national defense and security; building a strong militia and self-defense force, promoting the strength of national unity, and contributing to building a solid "people's defense posture".
The comrade also requested that communes focus on completing planning work, promoting the application of technology and digital transformation in management and administration; removing difficulties and accelerating the disbursement of public investment capital, striving to complete 100% of the 2025 plan.
