At the conference, the Barracks Department (Logistics-Technical Department of the 34th Army Corps) presented a comprehensive report on the results of a field survey of the needs for building, renovating, and upgrading barracks and infrastructure at the Army Corps headquarters and its units. Based on this, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the 34th Army Corps met and agreed to adjust the overall layout plan of the Army Corps headquarters barracks, and simultaneously determined the content, plan, and scale of investment for barracks construction for newly established units.

The planning options are developed to maximize the use of existing structures that are still structurally sound, minimizing demolition; rationally exploiting the natural terrain, preserving the landscape and the environment. Functional zoning is arranged scientifically , creating a spacious and harmonious architectural environment; the internal transportation system is organized in a continuous and convenient manner for daily life, training, and work.
For the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026-2030, relevant agencies have proposed a list of priority projects categorized by sector, including: upgrading technical infrastructure; completing the system of training grounds and practice areas; constructing facilities to support training; consolidating the logistics and technical area; and constructing facilities to serve the lives of soldiers. Many opinions at the conference emphasized the need for the medium-term investment plan to closely adhere to the Ministry of National Defense 's guidelines, align with the long-term development goals of the 34th Army Corps, and calculate a rational and efficient capital allocation roadmap for each year.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Lieutenant General Dao Tuan Anh, Commander of the 34th Army Corps, acknowledged the proactive and serious spirit of the relevant agencies in the preparation work. The Commander of the 34th Army Corps emphasized that building a regular, green, clean, and modern barracks system is of great importance in improving the quality of training, establishing discipline, and improving the lives of officers and soldiers. Therefore, new investment projects must ensure scientific rigor, sustainability, and full compliance with State and Army regulations; the construction process must ensure safety, quality, and progress.
Lieutenant General Dao Tuan Anh also requested that agencies continue to review and complete dossiers, supplement legal grounds, and clearly determine the priority order of projects for reporting and submission to competent authorities for approval; strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure that basic construction investment work is implemented strictly and effectively, meeting the requirements of the 34th Army Corps in the new situation.
