Hoa Xuan Ward People's Committee coordinated with other forces to mobilize maximum human resources and means to evacuate people in the heavily flooded area of Tay An village to safety.
Authorities organized many working groups to approach each isolated household. Canoes were urgently mobilized to cross the rapids to take people, especially the elderly, children, and women to safe shelters.
Despite heavy rain, police officers and soldiers still persistently stayed in the area, wading in the water to help people move their belongings and livestock, and at the same time encouraged people to calmly respond to the flood.

According to Mr. Le Cong Dong, Vice Chairman of Hoa Xuan Ward People's Committee, the government has urgently mobilized forces to coordinate with the police and army to use specialized vehicles to support the people. By the morning of October 29, about 100 households were still in the flood zone.
“In recent days, the locality has carried out many evacuations, prioritizing households with elderly people, children and sick people. Most of the cases in dangerous areas have been brought to safety. As floodwaters continue to rise, the ward has mobilized more canoes to quickly evacuate the remaining households,” said Mr. Dong.

As of noon today, the water level continues to rise, the Hoa Xuan ward authorities are still on duty, coordinating with armed forces to deploy rescue and relief work, determined to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
