Recently, the situation of cars, buses, and trucks being parked everywhere on internal roads 11, 13, 14, 20, and 28 in Residential Area 6A has become increasingly serious, causing frustration for residents. The occupation of roads and sidewalks for parking not only spoils the urban beauty but also poses many potential risks to traffic safety and security, especially in the morning and evening - the time when people gather to walk and exercise around the park.

According to residents, every morning, dozens of private vehicles, service vehicles and light trucks are parked on both sides of the road, even on the sidewalk, blocking the walkway and intersection. Many pedestrians have to walk on the road to move, which can easily lead to collisions with other vehicles. In particular, the area around the central park of Residential Area 6A has become a spontaneous parking spot, affecting the general landscape.

Not only stopping at parking illegally, some drivers also sleep in hammocks, go shirtless, eat, drink, smoke, swear, make noise, and often quarrel... These behaviors affect the lives of residents, especially children who often go to school or play near the park area. People believe that this is a violation of urban order and civilized lifestyle, and needs to be strictly handled to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Many residents said that the dense parking of vehicles also obstructs traffic in the area, especially during rush hours when parents pick up their children from school. Many vehicles cannot turn around or have to reverse, posing a potential risk of accidents. Some vehicles are parked overnight, even for days without moving, occupying the roadway, obstructing garbage collection vehicles and rescue vehicles when needed.

Although residents have repeatedly reported the situation to the Binh Hung Commune authorities, the situation has not been resolved. Some drivers have shown uncooperative attitudes, even defiant when reminded. The lack of regular inspection and handling forces has led to an increase in violations.

Residents of Residential Area 6A wish to maintain a safe, orderly and civilized living environment, in accordance with the planning of the model urban area.

Based on the above reality, the people recommended that the People's Committee of Binh Hung Commune and the Commune Police increase inspection and strictly handle cases of illegal parking, especially in parks, schools and crowded internal roads. At the same time, the Department of Construction and local authorities should review and install no-parking signs in dangerous locations, and add surveillance cameras in parks and main roads to promptly detect and handle violations. The residential area management board should step up propaganda and remind residents and visitors to comply with urban order regulations and not use sidewalks and roads for parking or personal activities.
